Friday, I recorded a video about the upcoming Scorpio Full Moon, including an analysis of the Uranus ingress into Gemini. When I looked at the Ingress chart, after my analysis of the Venus-Uranus cycle, the first thing I noticed was the Moon at the last degree of Leo at the top of the chart. If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll know that this is the degree of Trump’s Ascendent. Seeing that Leo Moon at the top of the chart located in Washington D.C. wasn’t all that surprising, even if the Moon was also making a square to Uranus to mark its ingress into Gemini.
We are in the middle of a very unpopular war, after all, and tensions between the President and the Nation are at an all time high. When I found out this chart would be activated the night of Washington’s Correspondence Dinner, I thought it spoke perfectly to the anxiety that was building up around the event. Trump's rhetoric had been consistently shocking, especially with regards to the press. I assumed it would be much of the same. I wasn’t exactly ignoring the possible dangers the transits could symbolize in his natal chart, but as much as I enjoy experimenting with predictive astrology, I also attempt to respect its limits.
The Moon at the degree of Trump’s Ascendent describes a person whose “ability to persevere makes no sense.” Trump’s ascendent is conjunct the royal fixed star Regulus, the Kingmaker, after all. Even if Regulus can point to a devestating fall after scaling great heights, I can't imagine this fall to be enacted with sloppy security measures by amateur assassins. Can you?
Some have used this event as proof that Trump’s team does not consult astrologers. Or surely Trump would have been advised against attending such a high profile event, especially one with such lax security. But it could equally point to the creative use of astrology in a way that both attempts to exorcise the real danger as well as apply the energy advantageously? Similarly to the way the royal courts used to use body doubles for the King during eclipse season.
Might astrology simply point to the Maya itself, symbolic of the media narrative projected upon any given event? I assume you noticed the multiple warnings to the press, leading up to this assassination attempt? The eerie foreshadowing by Karoline Leavitt about "shots being fired" at the press. With the daily attacks on the press coming from the President, one can easily see the direction these warnings are pointing to. Especially in light of Israel's recent press assassinations, labeling the press who have dissenting opinions as antisemitic or terrorists.
Uranus’ ingress into Gemini around the time of the Press Conference felt exactly like a jolt from the Trickster God himself. The term “staged” was quickly ranking on X soon after the assassination attempt went down. Remember how chaotic it was when Uranus first transited Gemini between August and October last year?
If you remember, it was really hard to keep up with the chaos during this time as Israel ramped up its invasion of Palestine, Trump sent the National Guard into DC, ICE invaded multiple liberal cities, the Justice Department met with Ghislaine Maxwell, and Charlie Kirk was assassinated. We are likely to feel the energy ramp up as Uranus transitions to the Gate of Contemplation in the Now, Gate 20, on April the 28th. King Charles is scheduled to address Congress this day while transiting Mars and Saturn will straddle his MC.
Expect him to talk about our shared responsibilities in leading the global economy out of the chaos this war has already started in motion. He will most likely speak to the reality of our interdependence and the dangers of acting in isolation as the war will impact each of us eventually.
Neptune’s Movement
Neptune transitioned to Gate 25, hanging off the Identity Center, when Donald Trump was elected in 2024. Likewise, the upcoming Full Moon in Scorpio is related to the New Moon in Scorpio that happened right before the election on 11/1/2024.
Neptune is often referred to as the seducer, a creator of mirages, or misinformation. As Neptune moves back and forth through certain gates, degrees or lines, Neptune can make us feel a bit drunk or dizzy as we begin to whiff too much of its hypnotic fragrance. It can represent the rabbit holes that take hold of our psyche often instigated via political propaganda, often labeled as PSYOPS. Once we start to wake up from a specific narrative trance, it begins to lose its seductive power and may dissolve so suddenly we are left wondering how it held us in its sway for so long.
Neptune is now transiting the last line of Gate 25, line 6. As the popular refrain goes, “It’s closing time… every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." This is the experience of the 6th line. The 6th line is ready to move on, it’s looking toward the next gate. And as Neptune entered this 6th line on April 20th, Tucker Carlson publicly apologized for his past support of Trump. Tucker has the Initiation Channel with his North Node and design Chiron in in Gate 25. Tucker experienced his Chiron Return the day of Trump’s birthday in 2019. Trump was born on the Cross of Eden and a few years later, Tucker got kicked out of Eden (or his cushy job at Fox Networks).
If you look back at the last time Trump was elected, Neptune was transiting Gate 37, line 2, where the North Node is currently transiting; it’s where the Solar Plexus (our emotional center) reaches out to Gate 40 hanging off the Ego Center, forming the Channel of Community. You could say this was the seduction of the MAGA movement or as some have called it, MAGA cult. When Neptune and Saturn met at 0° Aries, in the third line of Gate 25, the MAGA identity facade began to break down as the reality of Trump’s actions started to contradict who people thought he stood for.
Neptune will transition to Gate 17 on May 23, which is hanging off the Ajna center, called the Gate of Opinions. Ra describes this gate as where the Maya begins. He says:
Everything about the 17th gate is about establishing, through organization, the structure of bringing humanity together, but bringing humanity together in hierarchical form.
This is where racist ideology or the concept of the caste system begins. It’s also what’s been brewing on the periphery of the Republican Party, stoking deep seated racism and anti-semitism that the party has allowed to fester. There is not only a long history of the Republican Party courting White Nationalist Groups, but also a growing populist backlash over Israel’s aggressive Nationalist actions in Gaza and Lebanon. Simultaneously, the administration has co-opted accusations of “anti-semitism” as a political weapon and a bludgeon to silence any legitimate criticism of Israel’s actions making this backlash much worse.
Saturn, who some refer to as the Lord of Karma, has already raced through Gate 17 and will move to Gate 21 on May 5th, the gate hanging directly off the Ego Center where Trump’s design Mercury also sits. It’s part of the “Channel of Money” that connects his personality Uranus and North Node in gate 45. Gate 21 provokes the tribal leader, demanding more money for the things the tribe needs. Since Pluto will go retrograde two days after Saturn enters gate 21, it will likely involve the Tech Oligarchs, specifically AI companies.
With Neptune’s movement into Gate 17 in late May, the seduction will likely be about who deserves and who doesn’t deserve priority access to our dwindling resources. Watch out for those very same people luring you with promises that like them, with AI's assistance you’ll never have to work an honest day in your life again. First of all, do these people promising you this fairy tale actually look happy to you?
Abundance is a state of mind, but to hear promises of Universal Basic Income from the very same tech leaders who tried to smash our safety nets is ironic, to say the least. It’s amazing that people still fall for these rainmaker narratives when their lies have been so publicly exposed. I suppose the die hard believers think they are somehow part of the tech god’s chosen few.
Full Moon in Scorpio
The Full Moon falls across the Midheaven-IC of the chart located in Washington DC, on the Juxtaposition Cross of Rationalization. A Juxtaposition Cross is a direct externalization of the foundation that's already been built. It’s a bridge from the Right Angle to the Left Angle, from the Personal to the Universal. It's fated. This is what Ra says about this Cross:
This is about as close to mind fuck as you get. This is very, very, very, very mental. The only thing that holds the Maya together is when there is a mental glue. These are the beings who are caught in that mental glue. They are desperate to find a way to make everything explainable. And that could be a very powerful influence on others. But for them, it's very difficult.
In the Sibley Chart, the Full Moon is in the 5th-11th house axis and if you remember the Moon is in Scorpio in the current Sibley Solar Return Chart. The Moon in a Mundane chart represents the people and while Scorpio is not the most comfortable place for the Moon, it empowers the death and rebirth process.
Scorpio is traditionally ruled by Mars which is strong in the sign of Aries in the 9th house of this chart and the 4th house of the Sibley Chart. It’s in the same gate and line of Netanyahu’s North Node (51.2), describing a withdrawal after a shock. If you watched my New Moon in Pisces video, you’ll remember I speculated about a TACO as Venus approached this degree. I even speculated it might be lead by Israel. While this didn’t happen immediately, Israel was eventually cajoled into a ceasefire to foster diplomacy through negotiations.
Mars is the final dispositor of this Full Moon chart, applying a square to Jupiter in Cancer on the cusp of the 12th house in the standalone chart, and in the 8th house of the Sibley chart. Jupiter in turn is ruled by the Full Moon. Jupiter is universalizing a New Beginning, driven by economic conflict after negotiations fail. The people are angry and applying pressure for a withdrawal.
Mercury and Chiron are now at the same degree of the New Moon in Aries which was also conjunct Chiron. This degree is sextile to the eclipse degree. In April 2025, the Sun also conjunct Chiron during negotiations with Iran about their Nuclear program. If you remember, on the Day of the New Moon Trump announced the opening of the Strait which lasted for about 20 minutes.
The New Moon, and now Mercury in Aries, opposes Netanyahu’s Sun in Libra. It falls in gate 3, describing an immature seed struggling to grow, in opposition. Right after he announced the opening of the Strait, he announced the continuation of the blockade affectively negating his previous announcement.
In May 2025, when Mercury conjunct Chiron, the Trump administration announced a ceasefire with Houthi rebels in Yemen that also took Israel by surprise. They were angry because they said they weren't notified and it didn't include protections for Israel. Trump's first attempt at opening the strait did not work. Will Trump attempt a second resolution without Israel's involvement, surprising and angering them once again?
Both of these previous conjunctions happened in Gate 42, the Gate of Growth which creates the Channel of Maturation with Trump’s design Mars and Saturn in Gate 53, The Gate of Beginnings. Mercury returns to Gate 42 from April 27 to April 30th before transitioning to the Gate 3 for the Full Moon.
It just so happens that the President and First Lady Melania Trump will host the King and Queen Camilla for a series of high-profile events in Washington, D.C. during this exact time period. If there was a day that looked promising for a breakthrough in negotiations, I would bet on the final day of their visit, Thursday, April 30th, as the Moon approaches opposition.
King Charles has the Channel of the Transmitter. He has a talent for sales and with his Mars in Gate 26 conjunct Trump's South Node, and his design South Node in Gate 44, he understands perfectly well how to manage an ego like Trump's and he'll likely aggressively make his case. The Full Moon may perfectly describe the mind-fuck he has to entertain to get there, but he will do Europe a great service if he does.
